Pros At first I was skeptical of downloading another tool to my browser, but FastPass has been quite helpful. I remember the days of "just use my password" for password sharing and that just doesn't fly anymore. This way, access to programs can be shared without sacrificing security. Cons Fastpass has a tendency to insert itself into fields that do not necessarily require a password, for example, it has popped up into address fields from time to time. Staff users DUO for Authentication and student a bit of mix, most Email and SMS pin codes. We use FatPass for our staff and students, we are very pleased it has the needed flexility in terms of the different user groups we have it enables us to build different profiles per user group securing the right process for users, I really like it's flexibility, security, compatiblity and feature set, it is relative easy to implement in your environment. Shortage on productivity of idle employees in our company has decreased since when they get locked out/blocked or forgot their password, they can easily do self-service even without the assistance from the IT help desk. Pros Overall experience is great! FastPass SSPR functionality significantly reduces the complexity, IT costs and time spent when our company employees get locked out of the system due to login credential issues, which directly contributes to operational efficiency. The software's user-friendliness and integration capabilities reduce the time and resources typically required for the traditional password reset process.
