Pros At first I was skeptical of downloading another tool to my browser, but FastPass has been quite helpful. I remember the days of "just use my password" for password sharing and that just doesn't fly anymore. This way, access to programs can be shared without sacrificing security. Shortage on productivity of idle employees in our company has decreased since when they get locked out/blocked or forgot their password, they can easily do self-service even without the assistance from the IT help desk. FastPass SSPR functionality significantly reduces the complexity, IT costs and time spent when our company employees get locked out of the system due to login credential issues, which directly contributes to operational efficiency.
