Scratcher is modern, flexible gamification software with continuous updates. It offers many features and options, making it easy to create engaging campaigns.

Pros

We've been using Scratcher.io for several months now and are very impressed by the platform’s versatility and ease of use. Creating interactive campaigns—whether it's a wheel of fortune, advent calendar, or quiz—is quick and doesn’t require any coding skills. The intuitive interface allows our marketing team to create engaging campaigns independently. A wide variety of game mechanics like instant wins, puzzles, or point challenges make it ideal for lead generation. Seamless integrations with CRM and email marketing tools help automate follow-ups and data flows. Custom design options ensure all campaigns are fully on-brand. The support team is fast, friendly, and solution-oriented.

Cons

When we first started using Scratcher, not all interactive formats (such as certain quiz or game types) were available. However, the platform has been evolving rapidly, and new formats are being added regularly. It's great to see that user feedback is clearly being taken into account and that the product is continuously improving.

We wanted to collect more customer data without annoying people. With Scratcher, we ran a fun game during our product launch — and suddenly, people were signing up, sharing info, and actually enjoying it. It worked way better than our old forms.

Pros

Scratcher makes it incredibly easy to build interactive campaigns without needing a developer. The interface is intuitive, and the variety of game formats means we can keep things fresh and tailored to different goals—whether it's lead generation, customer engagement, or brand awareness. I also really appreciate how flexible the platform is when it comes to design—you can make the games feel fully on-brand without much effort. Plus, the support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful.
