QualityDesk is a quality assurance and coaching leadership tool for any organization that wants to do continues quality assurance in their sales and/or customer services and/or wants to manage their coaching leadership process. Pros

The platform is easy and intuitive to set up and to navigate. Easily the best thing I like about the platform is the easy access to live support. Sure, there's a comprehensive help center online but if something goes wrong or if you have suggestions or requests, you can easily reach out to the support and ask for help or discuss the needs your organization may have.

Cons

While the current features cover our needs at the moment, perhaps in the future there could be even more flexibility how the evaluation and coaching forms can be tailored to your needs.

Our quality monitoring has reached a new level with QualityDesk. With QD the monitoring of the contacts and the coaching can be done in a more systematic and effective way throughout the whole organization.

Me parece una herramienta super sencilla de usar, muy visual para utilizar con los equipos; otorga mucha rapidez a las personas que hacen las auditorias, y es de mucha ayuda para las personas a las que se le hacen ya que de un solo vistazo puedes tener una visión global de tus resultados, areas de mejora y un feedback

Cons

Cuando hay muchos formularios se hace dificil ver todos, ya que se juntan los que estan en uso, con los que no. Deberia poder verse por agente todas las auditorias realizadas en un periodo sin estar entrando en cada una

Rapidez en la monitorización, visión conjunta de los agentes, evolución de los agentes. Tenemos la visión en qué debemos mejorar como equipo a un simple vistazo

Muy fácil de usar, intiutiva, aplicable no sólo a llamadas de teléfono , excelentes reportes en excel para tener evolución, acumulados...rápido servicio post-venta NUNCA ESTAS SOLO!!!

Cons

Hay algunas "vistas" que necesito como supervisor de todo el equipo y ya están trabajando en ello
