The visual workflow saves a significant amount of development time, while custom code and backend integrations give me room to handle requirements that go beyond standard components. Cloud-based development also makes the overall workflow convenient. For the amount of development work it can replace or accelerate, I find the value for money very good. Pros The visual builder gives me a lot of control without making me build every part of the app from scratch. I especially like the customization options and the ability to move beyond basic no-code workflows when needed. Managing UI, backend connections, APIs, and custom code from the same environment makes development much faster. Being able to work with the generated Flutter code is also a big advantage compared with more restrictive no-code tools. Cons There is still a learning curve once you move beyond basic screens and start working with more complex logic or custom code. I have also run into occasional bugs where something in the builder did not behave exactly as expected. Usually these are manageable, but troubleshooting can take some time. Pros Lo que más me gusta de FuterFlow es que muy fácil realizar los desarrollos dado que todo es visual, no hay que escribir código, ton solo tienes que arrastrar y soltar elementos visuales. Algo también a destacar es que es multiplataforma y que puedes descargar el código generado. Cons Creo que para sacar el máximo beneficio a la plataforma se necesita una curva de aprendizaje que puede tomar algo de tiempo. Our first thought was to engage friendly devs, but it turns out it will take a lot of effort, money and time just to launch small peace of what we would like to. So I found FlutterFlow! It is just awesome. I have just created two MVP projects (PWA for now, but it will be published as android and iOS app as well). It is so easy to work on, intuitive, well documented, frequently updated, has much more features that I need. Has many integrations like Stripe, easy work through Firebase integration, AI that helps you write custom code/expressions (love that). FlutterFlow makes it possible for anyone with enough tenacity to build pretty much any kind of app they want. It's been a great experience exploring the art of the possible. Pros Ability to create rich production-ready apps visually. Decent community providing user support. Frequent updates. Almost never run into game-ending limitations/bugs. Cons Although custom code is supported, you are limited in what you can do until widget builders can be passed as parameters to custom widgets. This leaves many UI enhancements available natively in Flutter effectively locked away. e.g. FlutterFlow doesn't expose ListView.animateTo or .jumpTo, and it's nearly impossible to create a generic custom ListView that exposes these.
