Really user friendly, great ability to customise all sorts of different customer responses. Great to use.

Pros

Great ability to sort emails into categories, lots of different options and very easy to customise. Great product.

Cons

No cons! Sometimes it can be a bit tricky to sign in using Google Chrome with Gmail address, but that's typical of lots of plug-ins.

Klutch has allowed my support center to get on the same sheet of music. It is just that inserting the picture issue previously mentioned that is aggravating. However, it would be awesome if Klutch not only resolved this issue but incorporated a field entry solution tool for common responses.

Pros

With Klutch, I can easily share information and common responses with pictures.

Cons

When creating a common response for my team, I have to open the web.klutch.app portal and insert the picture within that design element. If I am going to create just a text response then I can do that from the browser add-in. There is the option for inserting the pictures from the browser add-in but even though you may see them in your response, they won't appear when you copy the response to paste in a response to a customer. Very annoying.
