"We implement Planfix, an excellent product"

Pros: We are an integration company specializing in the selection, implementation, and support of business software. We are familiar with numerous software solutions available in the world. We began implementing Planfix in 2022. We chose this system because it follows a proven ideology and has been on the market for over 10 years. We were impressed by the price and quality of the product, as well as its scalability for businesses of all sizes. It is suitable for organizing the work of virtually all company departments. You can create unique business processes and integrate various services. We work closely with the Planfix development team to continuously improve this product.

Cons: Specialists are required to set up this software product. That's why we decided to study this system and become a guide for businesses. Due to the extensive capabilities hidden within the Planfix interface, it's challenging to explain the full value to owners and company directors for whom the program is being implemented. As our experience shows, more companies turn to Planfix when they couldn't implement their complex business processes in other systems. And that's pretty cool!

"Great tool Planfix"

Pros: Flexibility of the system. Planfix is a flexible designer. Planfix has and consistently adheres to its own philosophy. This approach does not allow turning the product into a chaotic system. On the contrary, Planfix constantly develops in accordance with a given vector. New improvements appear regularly, which make the system even more interesting and functional. Also, I can say that I encountered here the best support service that I have ever experienced.

Cons: It takes some time to get used to the service. Also, there is still no partner company in Ukraine that is an official representative. Therefore, it is necessary to pay for services through bank cards of an individual.

Alternatives Considered: OneBoxBM, Creatio CRM and Bitrix24
Reasons for Choosing Planfix: In my opinion, Planfix is the strongest and most understandable product. Starting from their own philosophy, ending with functionality.
Switched From: Trello
Reasons for Switching to Planfix: Better functionality was needed. Such as the possibility of combining communication channels with clients into a single working window. In addition, process automation is needed, which is well provided by Planfix, as well as interaction with third-party services. We are still working on this. But we already have a vision of how to make the necessary settings with Planfix.

"projector of my tasks"

Overall: I improved my management control with each client, better managing every detail by being able to automate processes that simplify each task and be able to do everything faster

Pros: With the management system it helps me manage each task for each day, I really like it because of its ease of use from the beginning I did not have to ask for advice or training to learn how to use it correctly, it gives me the advantage of having a more organized work each task so as not to forget and have a more productive performance

Cons: I feel satisfied with all the functions, they have everything I need without failures or inconveniences since use

"Extensive Customization Capabilities"

Overall: Planfix has allowed me to streamline a diverse range of tasks, including project planning, task execution, client communication, data storage, and more. Virtually all the ideas I've had have been effortlessly realized within Planfix.

Pros: When the volume of tasks became substantial, and I found it challenging to keep pace with them, it became evident that we required a system capable of not only simplifying task management but also facilitating the maximum automation of our work processes. A colleague recommended Planfix, and I promptly embarked on an exploration of the platform. Initially, the system appeared to be quite sophisticated and intricate, leading me to initially decline its adoption. However, two years later, I revisited Planfix, equipped with insights gained from other systems that proved inadequate for accommodating my expanding requirements.

Cons: The absence of a dark theme is a minor drawback. It would be advantageous to have the option to toggle between light and dark themes.

"A Versatile and Evolving Tool"

Overall: Utilizing calendars for planning is one of life's essential aspects, and its efficient organization within this system significantly simplifies many work-related tasks. I want to express my appreciation to the team for their hard work; they make our work more straightforward and faster.

Pros: The system's continuous development is truly impressive. Even when something is already functioning well, these individuals don't rest on their laurels. I genuinely admire this approach to life, as it's a rarity! The information updates are excellent – they explain new features in a simple and understandable manner, immediately igniting your enthusiasm to put them into action.

Cons: Webinars are necessary; there are certain questions that are best addressed through online discussions.

"Flexible system with powerful features "

Overall: The support team is helpful, responding promptly and in great detail

Pros: We've been using Planfix for half a year. So far, we're using the system for project and task management. We've only just started setting it up as a CRM. In the future, we plan to move all customer interactions to Planfix.

Cons: To configure our custom processes, you need to dive into it. But the functionality is quite flexible and allows you to set up processes as per your specific needs.

"Simple interface, simple functions, еase of use."

Cons: Calls are not identified if a client is entered into the client program using the Company template.
