He saw a need in the marketplace to simplify the impact for businesses and created it! I was impressed with their industry knowledge, approach, and backing by large institutions in the work that they do. We were one of their founding clients and our partnership continues to grow and add value. It's great to have a partner that we trust with our carbon initiatives as well as brainstorm with their team on larger initiatives. I recommend Green Places to any organization on a mission to reach carbon neutrality, or that can use a partner to simplify impact for their team. Pros The interface is beautiful and easy to use. It enables impact teams to update their goals, impact page, and access real-time reporting. Green Places software is an impact agency dashboard to work collaboratively with your account manager to set goals, get updates and leverage the partnership to share the good news with all! Cons It's new software, so like anything, it takes time for me, my team, and green places to utilize it to its full potential. We are still updating information and ramping it up, but that's just the way it goes with any new tool! I am excited to continuously use this for quarterly reporting. Review Source LR Lauren R. The team is very supportive too. Pros Green Places is helping Rivers Agency measure our footprint and reach our sustainability goals. We’ve invested in environmental projects around the globe to offset 385 metric tons of carbon. Rivers Agency has effectively taken 83 cars off the streets yearly by partnering with Green Places to make sustainability easy. Cons No cons at all ... we love Green Places. They have been responsive to questions, clear in describing the data that we needed to collect, and timely in producing their report. Furthermore, they have tailored their approach to the needs of a school by engaging with students as well as professionals. They even created a lesson plan to help students understand the data analysis process! They have also participated in efforts to garner interest and engagement throughout our school community. It's difficult to dedicate full time resources within your business towards ESG initiatives and Green Places is the perfect partner to help us reach our goals. Pros Green Places portal is really easy to use, update and is fully customizable for your organizations goals and initiatives. Green Places gives you the ability to DIY but also provides full support to set it up and update it for your organization. Cons Nothing about the setup or management of the software is difficult. In addition to a carbon assessment at the start of our partnership to provide full transparency on bartaco's carbon footprint, Green Places has acted as a partner to help us ideate, outline, track, and achieve our sustainability goals. The Green Places software is extremely intuitive and provides a gamificaiton element to encourage our team to reach for those goals – making it feel more attainable.
