SAP has wonderful informations for analytics and you can use it to drive your marketing strategy. There are lots of modules that you can connect to have better insights for your marketing channels.
It is easy to use with great UI. I love how easy and quick it is to access data and generate analysis with attracting graphic and charts.
The most important is that you can build web presentation and you dont need to have any instañled software. It is easy to use and it's connectivity is great.
The price and it updates on its own. For a smaller company, this is a great way to get a great product for a great price that'll fit your business.
Cons
It can be really frustrating finding what one is looking for during usage.
Little or no information about the errors. The planning model does not allow the entry of data in calculated accounts.
It's difficult to understand this application unless you have a class in it.
The latency is also a problem for final users.

Pros: Has a very flexible design for users and it goes better after being professional. Dashboards are very intelligent, it enables you to simulate any scenario.
Cons: Getting used to it might take time, lots of features that we still don't know what they do.

Overall: Overall experience has been fantabulous since we now have automated dashboards for each department of the company and they are delivered right in the morning in the mailbox of HODs which enables them to take business decisions and plan for the entire day.
Pros: 1. The product is extremely user friendly.2. We could create several dashboards specific to various departments and configured KPIs for taking business decisions just within few weeks.3. We can get near real time data in the dashboards
Cons: I think if we can improve GUI slightly better, this will help all SAP users in a big way.

Overall: All analytics currently involving SAP and related data is carried through SAP analytics platform we recently migrated from tableau and the response from team is absolutely great

Overall: SAP Analytics Cloud have helped me in getting a quick grasp on the data with the help of its data visualization and manipulation features , it has provided me a great way to present my finding to the customers and also allowing me to apply ML models for predictive analysis .

Pros: It is now easy for me to create purchase order from outline agreement (me33k)with suppliers and I can also created purchase order manually through me21n
Cons: Email approval needs to be incorporated in it. In production, there is no way to get items wise cost.
