Pros Jungle Scout is awesome for doing keyword research, keeping track of product performance, and identifying opportunities in the marketplace. Cons Some of the images don't auto-populate just by syncing with Amazon. Also, I have to log in to the chrome extension every time I switch amazon accounts. Also the customer service is amazing. All of the small issues I've had, have been resolved for me within a few business days. Pros I found Jungle Scout invaluable when first starting up my e-commerce business, in regards to the support given in a timely manner, the tutorials available and some of the tools- I especially found the listing builder helped me massively. Cons There are several things that could improve, such as some form of demographic data available in regards to customer profiling of particular Amazon products or just amazon users in general, Telephone or live chat function available, as the package is costly-not to have extra costs for things such as PPC data. Additionally, I found a lot of supplier info was not available, the opportunity score can be misleading at times, as an average can bring the demand level down considerably, however, on closer inspection, sometimes you cvan see via the top sellers that the demand is very high. It has so much function we need and heavily rely on. Pros I like the chrome extension where we can see all the information such as demand, opportunity, competitors sales, etc. in one page. Also I like Key Word Scouts and Amazon Listing Builder, which I rely on heavily when I create listing. Also Jungle Scouts Academy and support is super helpful. Last but not least, FB community especially the one for Freedom Builder Bootcamp exceed my expectation for how much support we get from JS members, especially when you are stuck with a problem that you cannot find the answer on your own. Cons It would be great if you can improve the supplier research tool for outside of US market, if possible.
