Since they have a large portfolio, some of the metrics are not applicable to us, but that's easy enough to mark as not reported for our entity. Getting support when we need it has been easy and the Novata team is very easy to work with. Overall, it's been a very positive experience and I'm happy with the product. Pros Novata is incredibly simple to navigate. There is guidance available to explain what each metric relates to. I like that we can have multiple people working on the ESG questionnaire at the same time collaboratively. Cons Novata is new and still creating functionality and feature requests. Some features are less intuitive than they could be--I'd love the system to auto-save as you click through the different metrics. Right now you must hit the save button before hitting next or it doesn't record your answers. Also, finding the guidance or help can sometimes be a little confusing, but we do always get there in the end. Review Source ZD Zach D. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product and service delivered and definitely recommend to other GPs. Pros \- Easy to navigate and intuitive platform- automated data collection that integrates with existing systems and processes- ability to apply standard metrics as well as customized metrics- guidance material around specific KPIs- very helpful and responsive customer support team- thorough onboarding process for both GP and portcos Cons This is still a young platform and thus naturally some features still need to be developed further. It also enables the user to navigate between the questions, and automatically save all the inputs. This helps to see where you stand in a smaller pool of employment groups. I also like the emissions calculations. I just feel as if fleet CO2 could be captured as well. It was my first time collecting this kind of information so it was insightful and easy to do. At first thought the metrics seemed difficult to measure but when you see the inputs that are required, its actually very simple. Pros The product is very easy to use and the metrics are defined very clearly. The calculations are clearly defined too. It was very easy to see what information still needed to be completed for each section because of the circular indicator.
