Auch Änderungswünsche, etc. an der Software selber werden wirklich sehr schnell und kompetent umgesetzt. Ansprechende Optik und sehr benutzerfreundlich / intuitiv. Cons Ausbaufähig finde ich noch: Die App: es wird (angeblich) nicht gut angezeigt, dass eine neue Befragung verfügbar ist (blinkt nur kurz auf am Handy, aber eigentlich müsste man selber aktiv immer in die App reinschauen) und das Umsteigen von App wieder auf PC, da musste ich einmal den User wieder löschen und neu anlegen, damit es dann am PC wieder funktioniert hat obwohl die Userin sich angeblich von der App abgemeldet hatte und diese nicht nur gelöscht. Auswertungsauswahl: Man kann "nur aktuelle" Ergebnisse (andernfalls alle) auswählen. Bei "nur aktuelle" werden aber dann trotzdem von jenen Fragen, die in der letzten Befragung nicht dabei waren die jeweils vorigen Antworten angezeigt. Was ich persönlich auch super finde. Eine 3. Auswahlmöglichkeit à la "wirklich nur die letzte" ;-) wäre aber auch noch praktisch finde ich. Also quasi "gesamt", "wirklich nur das letzte Datum" und "von jeder Frage die aktuellsten Antworten". E-Mail-Adresse: noreply@robinmood landet leider oft im Spam bei uns bzw. wird als Spam angesehen. Es gibt inzwischen die Funktion, dass man eine andere Mailadresse hinterlegen kann, aber anscheinend nur für ALLE Robin-Mood Befragungen bei uns. Hier wäre es noch pro Team optimal eine eigene Mailadresse anlegen zu können.
