November 13, 2023 5.0 Pros I recently had the pleasure of using EVA for organizing a corporate conference, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. This event management platform truly stands out in the crowded market for its user-friendly interface, robust features, and impeccable customer support. EVA's customer support team deserves special recognition. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address our queries and concerns promptly. The live chat feature was particularly helpful during crunch times, providing instant assistance when needed. Cons The only con was that our key demographics and diversity questions were not turned on in the registration portion and caused us to have to do some extra things to get the information. SoCal Regional Supervisor Education Management Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Native Salesforce Reg and Conference Site Builder" December 29, 2023 5.0 Great support in getting setup - Easy to use Wizards to create our registration and conference platforms. Being Native to Salesforce saved us a lot of time and money but also is giving use the data we need in real time. It's nice to use an end to end solution that charges one flat fee per year for unlimited. Pros Easy to setup using the wizards. The discovery call was easy and they understood our needs when installing EVA into our Salesforce to connect everything and make sure it functioned properly. It then connects to the EVA Conference Site Builder. Having all the data in one place makes it much easier and single sign on for our attendees. Cons We would like to see more templates and more options to design both the registration pages and conference site.. Pros The ease it was to work with the EVA team to develop a high powered Hybrid Event Management Platform. Cons The amount of attendees that couldn't remember their passwords on the first day. Pros The customer support is outstanding. They are very responsive and take care of your needs quickly. Love the ability to use this for all event types, in-person, virtual or hybrid! Cons Currently the mobile app is not their own so you work with Guidebook. It's not quite as seamless as I would love but it still worked well. Review Source GW Ginny W. The price point for their services was far less than I would have expected for the level of service and quality of the event platform. Pros The EVA staff are exceptionally easy to work with. Very concerned about making sure everything performs as it should. They respond and take action quickly when there are any issues to be addressed. Cons The registration process was a bit "clunky" for the user. Many questions and not a smooth , intuitive process.
