Pros As a user of SuperOkay, I have found it to be a highly useful tool for managing client projects. The Client Documents editor is a standout feature, allowing me to add various content blocks such as images, tables, rich text, and Q&A. These blocks can be saved and reused across different documents, significantly streamlining my workflow. Creating links to any document and collecting information inside and outside the client portal is a game-changer. While SuperOkay isn't a full-fledged CRM and lacks some features for tracking clients through a sales funnel workflow, it is excellent for managing existing clients. Integrating with other apps like Trello, Figma, Clickup, and Canva is a big plus, allowing me to embed docs into the platform. Even though I wish I could use SuperOkay as a full CRM, it has certainly found its place in my web design services—review of SuperOkay. Cons Clients can't be emailed from within the portal. There are no features for tracking leads and sending invoices. Switched from [SuiteDash](https://www.capterra.com/p/154949/SuiteDash/) I like the automations of SuiteDash, but it's very complicated to set up workflows. Reasons for choosing SuperOkay I was able to get SuperOkay through a great AppSumo deal, which was a major advantage for me. However, even if I didn't get it at a discount, I would still be willing to pay for an annual subscription because of the exceptional document features it offers. I have yet to come across another platform that makes it as effortless as SuperOkay does to produce professional-looking documents. Zahllose Schnittstellen und Modifikationen machen es sehr einfach, die sog. UX des Endkunden maßgeschneidert anzupassen. They are a quiet company, meaning that sometimes it's hard to understand what new updates and features they are preparing until they launch it, but they have managed to retain my trust and I am definitely staying with them in the future. Pros It's very easy to create portals, invite users, create pages and add all the content the client needs in one place. Clients log in easily with a one-time link over email. Great integrations and possibilities for embeding various other software. Also, from recently they added Bulgarian as a language (among a fairly long list of other languages) Cons Still quite limited in scope, other competitors provide more cool features, dashboards, etc. Users cannot have their own login details (log in with password) - instead they have to use one-time links only, which is not great for all users. Also, customization options are just about sufficient, but not super satisfactory - there are many hard-coded elements, such as the initial greeting, which can be annoying that you can't customize to exactly what you want. Los clientes se perdían en una decena de webs y ahora lo tengo todo ordenado. Además la posibilidad de CNAME es algo que valoro mucho. Pros Trabajo con muchas herramientas y es prácticamente dar con un gestor de proyectos perfecto. Este software facilita crear portales visualmente sencillos para trabajar con pequeños clientes. La posibilidad de incrustar iframes, así como chat y tener todo ordenado es un 10. También me gusta la nueva actualización que permite subir documentos. Cons En general no tengo queja, aunque me gustaría la posibilidad de firma biométrica en las propuestas aceptadas, así como un botón de pago. No es algo imprescindible, pero me gustaría verlo. The lack of 2FA though led me to ultimately transition to another client portal tool. If SuperOkay ever adds 2FA, I'll reconsider using it for my clients. Pros Without a doubt, SuperOkay is the best-looking client portal tool that I've used. I've scrolled through the SuperOkay site several times admiring the visual layout. The tool delivers on its promise of being an easy-to-use tool for clients, regardless of their technical abilities. The large number of 3rd party integrations is also a nice touch. Cons The critical missing feature for me was the lack of 2-factor authentication (2FA), this is a deal-breaker for me. Lacking 2FA is fine for an online course site or simple membership site but not for a tool that is going to potentially hold sensitive client data like sales figures, strategy docs, customer lists, etc. I simply can't risk the reputation of my business by using a tool that lacks 2FA for client data.
