Pros The price was the best thing and that's why i signed up for it Cons I signed up for ultahost because of the price, that was a big mistake. There customer service is horrible. First the server they gave me wasn't working it just said, the site can't be reached. I reached out to support, they told me to clear my cache and it would work. I did that, opened it in a totally new browser it still didn't work. We went through this 3 or 4 times and each time I had to submit a new ticket wait for them to respond saying they fixed it when they didn't. After this I said no way i'm hosting live sites here, the support is terrible and if i had an issue on a live site it would take way to long to get fixed. Also there website says they give you a 30 day money back guarantee, its a lie. I asked for a refund within a few days of opening my account. They said they my account isn't eligible for a refund and to check their refund policy. I should've never considered switching my hosting to ultahost to save a few dollars but lesson learned.
