April 12, 2022 5.0 At this point, it is in building teamwork to iron out unnecessary obstacles to staff from working well together. Pros It wasn't just me; my client users were all in agreement that the accuracy of Discover was right up there. The ease of use and the speed of use were selling factors. Another most key point was the support from the Discover team. They are always ready to help wherever there is a need. Cons At this point, honestly? It's hard to think of a point I like least. It's a good tool to help an organization understand how personality aspects work in communication and collaboration to bring about increase in productivity and profitability of the organization. Career Guidance & Development Pros The softeware is absolutely amazing, easy to use and it addresses all the relevant aspects of an individual's behavior work styles.
