### "Swift: One of a Kind Intelligent Booking"

Swift is great because of their team. They communicate well and care about your feedback as a customer.

Pros

Swift is great from an ops standpoint: scheduling, managing coach schedules, customer management. Their speed in listening to their customers and delivering new, critical features is also unmatched.

Cons

As with any software change, it can be challenging to transition a customer base to a new app and get them to fully utilize everything that Swift has to offer from a customer standpoint. Once they are educated, the process is great!

Reason for choosing Swift

I believe more in the Swift team to deliver a good product.

Customer service goes a long way, and Swift’s support team has always been professional and tremendously helpful over the years. The system itself is easy to use, and the customer interface functions seamlessly, making management simple and efficient

Pros

Swift has made our customer interface much more user-friendly, making the scheduling process simple and efficient. With fewer scheduling issues, we’ve been able to free up valuable time to focus on the things that matter most

Cons

Overall, there’s very little to dislike about Swift. The only challenge we’ve encountered is inputting mass schedules, but even in that area Swift has stepped in to help by entering our schedules for us—saving us hours of time and eliminating a frustrating process.

Again, wonderful customer service which is what keeps us here #1.

Pros

It is very easy to use, which makes it a win however, the customer service is what stands out the most. We never feel stranded or unheard with things we may need!

Cons

While there are areas for things to continue forward. I do like Swift does work on suggestions. Perhaps a customer platform where we can put our suggestions and “vote” on them to show level of need could be great! As discussed, possibility of lower cc fees as well.

From start until today, it’s been great. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been very kind and helpful. Customer service is responsive, and the user experience has been smooth.

Pros

Since Day 1, Swift has been great. Their customer service is what really sets them apart from everyone else. They are helpful, will teach you along the way if needed. The monthly updates with additional or improved functionality is also a game changer.

Cons

There isn’t anything that I dislike about using Swift, but there are some wishes that I do have for the future. Adding additional scheduling or league management, along with tags to showcase what sport the class or camp is for.

We were one of Swifts early adopters so there were a few kinks when we started. They committed to resolving these issues by implements key features that have become a critical part of our growth. Since, we have had no issues.

Mind Body serves a ton of customers in industries where the features don't overlap leaving a complicated set up and internal user process. Also, Swifts user experience for our customers outshines.

The overall experience has been superb and has exceeded my expectations. Swift has allowed me to grow try hobby into a full fledged business with employees ! I would highly recommend Swift for ANY service type business!

Pros

Swift allows me to focus on what my company does, instead of taking time to schedule clients, it allows me to show up and give my clients what they are paying for. Their customer service is outstanding. When I call, they take my call immediately or very soon after and walk me thru the necessary steps to eliminate my concerns. Cost is reasonable for the service they provide. My customer feedback is positive. The ease of operation for the customer is paramount in my line of work.

Cons

An app would be helpful for customers, so they may make it easier to schedule time and services they require.

From the initial sales and evaluation calls, to implementation and rollout phases, I would rate Swift a solid 9 out of 10. Every phase was smooth and painless. Support is next level, and in one specific situation I was helped after hours!

Pros

Ease of use of the platform, both from the backend admin side to the front end user experience. I have heard from many of our customers that booking was very easy!

Cons

There is very little we don’t like about Swift, but the one area would be the “staff” limit of 5 on the started plan. But I heard it may be addressed soon.

Swift has been nothing but transparent and easy to work with. From our launch to the ongoing support, they help make our facility operations so much better!

Pros

Extremely user friendly and easy to learn. Clean customer facing platform with exceptional support.

Cons

I’d like to be able to “add on” items to a booking. For instance they booked a cage but then want to pay for a Rapsodo profile and a Gatorade - being able to do that all at once.

10 out of 10! We have only been Swift for a couple of months now as we are a brand new facility in Guelph, Ontario but so far they have knocked it out of the park. Value, Customer Support, Ease of Use - it's all second to none.

Pros

Swift has thought of everything and so much more that a baseball facility like ours would need! We couldn't be happier with Swift and especially love the mobile user interface.

Cons

The number of Rentals that we need to create to cover everything that we have to offer. Would love to see a way to reduce this for the user experience.

Again, amazing customer support. Have used other major software such as this & this is much easier to use.

Pros

The customer support. \[sensitive content hidden\] to be specific , she has been so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Readily available as well was great.

Cons

Inability to use credits only when setting up memberships. Calendar view was a bit much to look at , could have cleaner view.

My experience has been great. The swift team continues to grow and support, not only myself, but others around the country who have indoor facilities and need ease of scheduling. As a person who has been in the baseball industry for over 20 years, I find their services very useful.

Pros

I think that swift has made a name for themselves and their ability to relate to indoor facilities. They continue to make adaptations for businesses and users in order to make indoor baseball scheduling, experience, and fulfillment a one stop shop. What I like, most about swift is the branded app for 513 Baseball. That has allowed my users to be able to easily schedule personal baseball instruction and see updates for my business.

Cons

As of right now, there’s not much that I can say that I don’t like about swift, other than the fact that they are farther away from my home than I would like. They do a great job with customer service and I couldn’t ask for a better partner as I start and grow my business.

Couldn't imagine a more ideal relationship to start my hitting facility.

Pros

Easy to learn, easy to use, easy to manage. They are super responsive to issues and teach you rather than tell you. Couldn't be happier with my decision and love all of the new features they are working on. Only request is that there is a little more customization in the membership categories.

Cons

Haven't run into anything yet that either wasn't explained to me or we figured out a work around.
