They will steal your money. Send you broken products and then not return or refund. They are in on it with the sellers. I would NEVER buy from Lazada. Worst, worst, customer service ever. You would think someone would be smart enough to figure this our by now. Cons They are scammers and try to steal your money with broken products and then will decline your return, even you send in proof. And trying to talk with customer service is a total waste of time. After sending images of Airway bill and contents of package which contains the wrong item as per the request, I'm now asked to: ● Video Unboxing: To record a video of myself unboxing the product and showing its contents. This will help them verify the authenticity of the product. ● Resi Proof (Resi Photo): To take clear photos of the product's packaging and label, including any serial numbers or barcodes. ● Product Photo: To take clear photos of the product from different angles, including any unique features or markings. May 30, 2024 5.0 Lazada is a great shopping application. It has a variety of options to choose from, different payment methods that I can use depends on my convenience, and the easy navigation when keeps tracking my orders and their whereabouts. The only thing that I don't like about them is not having an immediate resolution on some problems with the account. But overall, it is still bearable to have that kind of inconvenience because it compensate way way much more better on how many good things I am experience on this application. Pros Lazada is very user-friendly. It is very easy to navigate and use. There are some categories that you can choose from depends on what you're looking for such as beauty, fashion accessories, groceries, etc. Also, there are a lot of vouchers that are being offered which is a great deal! There are also a variety of payment methods to choose from such as cash on delivery, debit/credit card, e-wallets such as GCASH or PAYMAYA, and also LazPayLater which is offered on selected customers which is a BUY NOW, PAY LATER option. It is also easy to track the whereabouts of the order. Once it is out for delivery, sometimes the phone number of the deliverer is also visible which is important to keep updated on when the parcel will be coming and etc. Finally, of course our favorite is the variety of vouchers or promo code to choose from is the best! Cons What I like least about Lazada is sometimes their resolution towards a problem took a long time before it will be resolved. I remember one time that my phone is being stolen, so what I did is to report it to them so that my lazada wallet access will be blocked. After a few days it is being blocked and good thing I don't have any money there. But then, I remember that I still have an access to the email to that account. So what I did is to change the phone number on the account, but when I tried to use it again, it is telling me that the account is banned. I tried to contact their customer service and they tell me that it will take 24-48 hours for them to reactivate my account again after verifying some information from me. However it is already beyond the timeframe but there is still no resolution. I keep following up and following up on their customer service, and it takes 1 week and a half before they are able to reactivate my Lazada wallet access again. Review Source AJS Alia Jaye S. If you ever are unhappy with a product once it arrives and want to return it they will favour the shop and only allow the item to be returned if the shop approves; little do they know that these shops will reject a return for no reason just so they don’t have to give back the money.
