I love using this app and I will continue this app because its where I used to order online

Pros

There are lots of categories and products you can choose. There are free shipping and lota of discounts.

Cons

There are some shops that takes too long to responds about complaints.

### "Lazada, Nada!"

The features and design are very childish and amateur. The banners and promos have become very overwhelming and I now easily gets lost where to search what I want to buy. The app is crowded with deals. The search bar keeps on offering previous searches that are no longer relevant.

Pros

The LazMall and flagship stores are definitely legitimate and offers more selections than other apps or actual in-store.

Cons

For some reason, this app has gotten so crowded and a new user can easily gets lost. A lot of promo banners and vouchers that welcome you may seem overwhelming when you CANNOT even direct the customer to properly search and choose from items.

Pros

There's a lot of shops in lazada whether local or international and you don't have to worry about being scammed bacause Lazada is a trusted platform with great customer service. Also love the color and interface of the software.

Cons

There's nothing to pin point because all the things I've ordered has been received in good condition.
