This reduces the need to constantly transfer data, which saves time! Cons The biggest issue is the pricing. Intuit has a wide ranging spectrum of software. It would be MUCH better if things weren't so fragmented. For example if I'm using QuickBooks for payroll and and using Intuit Pro Series, I find myself paying for two different softwares. Good features but not so economical. Intuit pro actually walks you through the steps needed to get the job done your fist time using Pro. Cons Learning the keyboard shortcuts was a pain but really helps out in the long run. Very easy to use and I love the error flags that immediately lets you know when there is a line error and when it's corrected. Pros Great customer service. Easy to use. Awesome flow and interview mode makes it easy for new preparers. Cons Customer Service isn't 24/7 like Drake and doesn't participate with refund advances this year through any bank products.
