But it is easy to navigate to the other modules Sales, Service, Production, Purchasing and Exec Analysis. Pros It is very strong in the production side. We are a manufacturing business and it works well from entering the sale all the way to invoicing the clients. Cons They have so many modules that you need to add on that it can get a bit pricey. The report builder "BAQ" is way too complicated. It tends to freeze up occasionally when working with the AP apps. Pros Epicor Kinetic offers several advantages including: 1) It is very user-friendly. I was amazed at how easy it is to learn and navigate; 2) It is customizable. We have customized everything from the start up screen to the inner mechanics of the system; 3) It is easy to access - whether you are in the office or working remotely; 4) It supports both large project management and high-volume manufacturing environments. Cons Some of the features are quite different between the classic version and the new version of Kinetic. There is a slight learning curve to go from one version to another.
