## What is Intecplan?

Intecplan is a software for windows designed to create investment projects or business plans in a practical and efficient way. It generates complete budgets and financial projections in Excel using actual sectoral data by country, sector, subsector, and company size. It also produces the first editable written version of the business plan in Word, with the support of artificial intelligence and sectoral databases, including economic censuses, industrial surveys, financial institutions, and other statistical sources. Interface, forecasting, and writing version of the project in 5 languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Italian, and supports multiple currencies. The free trial provides limited functionality with restricted tables and example data.

Ha sido una experiencia muy enriquecedora para mi como docente al brindarles esa herramienta a mis alumnos del Posgrado.

Pros

Me ha gustado su utilidad, la integración explícita de todos los componentes de un plan de negocios.

Cons

En realidad no hay algo que no me gusta, sólo el acceso a una licencia, que pudiera ser para un docente, facilitar el acceso de forma individual, a un precio accesible.

Apoya bastante en el desarrollo de las asignaturas de Formulación y evaluación de proyectos, Gestión de proyectos, Emprendedores y toda aquella asignatura en la que se requiera generar un plan de negocios

Pros

Software con facilidad de uso, capacidad para crear planes de negocios de diversas áreas de oportunidades.

Cons

Hasta el momento en que he estado usando el software, no he encontrado algo en contra. Quizás un punto en contra, y no veo como tal, es el formato del documento que presenta al final, como resultado.

Es un software muy intuitivo y fácil de entender. con este puedo agilizar la realización de mis trabajos

Cons

hasta ahora de usarla como desventaja no le veo, solamente que no estes muy inmiscuido en lo que tiene que ver con proyectos si se te hará un poco larga la curva de aprendizaje pero una vez se te facilitara mucho

Herramienta didáctica fácil de usar y completa ne cada módulo permitiendo así la creación del plan de negocios integralmente

Muy completo el contenido, cada módulo explicado de forma sencilla y completa al finalizar se integra todo un plan de negocios

Cons

No lo sé tal vez que en mi caso solo tuve aaceso limitado por ser parte de una intitución y no tener la licencia personal

Fácil de entender y usar. Este programa cuenta con un diseño que resulta de apoyo al momento de evaluar escenarios de inversión para proyectos.

Pros

Que cuenta con tablas inteligentes que facilitan el análisis económico del proyecto. Se adapta a diferentes escenarios lo que facilita la toma de decisiones.

Cons

No encontré ninguna desventaja durante el tiempo que lo he utilizado.

En general me gusta, sin embargo no me dedico al 100% al desarrollo de proyectos, por esa razón no he actualizado porque la inversión en la licencia no tiene un buen costo-beneficio para la actividad que realizo. Se me hace muy amigable e intuitivo, por eso lo adquirí y no defraudó mis expectativas.

Pros

El que permite generar presupuestos, proyecciones y por supuesto la parte de información financiera mostrando las medidas de rentabilidad con base a los datos de la empresa. El hecho de que ya tenga una estructura predefinida para el proyecto y que sea tan amigable en el sentido del apoyo que representa el que clarifique a qué se refiere cada apartado, es genial.

Cons

La parte de la actualización de las bases de datos de proyectos que sirven de punto de partida por sector y subsector, dado que sabemos que la información se actualiza constantemente y en cierto sentido pierde vigencia dicha información.

La experiencia en general con el uso del software es buena en todo sentido, siempre encuentras cosas nuevas cada vez que lo uso.

Pros

Lo que más me gusta de Intecplan es su facilidad de uso con poco entrenamiento y la forma en que te va guiando para la elaboración de un proyecto.

Cons

Al princio cuando compre el software no tenía para incluir mi moneda nacional pero esto se solucionó con las actualizaciones multimoneda.
