Pros PDF pro is easy to use. Its editing and conversion features are great and it costs much less than the competition. Cons For some reason I cannot open more than one PDF at a time; the competition allows that. I do not understand why that feature is lacking. I highly recommend PDF Pro to all users who, like me, are casual users of PDF documents they can edit. convert, etc.. Pros I rarely leave reviews. I am making a rare exception in this case. First, the PDF Pro software does everything I need it to do. Not as many bells & whistels as Adobe, but that's okay. How often do we use those bells & whistles anyhow? Second, it is afforable. Far more affordable than Adobe. And third, I can't say enough about the customer service. Prompt, helpful, and friendly. Cons I only started using the software this week. The only "con" (if I can call it that) is that the user interface is not intuitive. But there is a very helpful Knowledge Base with helpful instructions and images that covers most questions.
