The fact we were the first client to switch Concur instances and we able to easily move our Appzen instance will little impact to our business was exceptional. Pros The fact that I don't have to review every expense line and every receipt for every employee is a game changer. So much time saved. Cons The length of time to audit a report. 1-4 hours is not the most ideal, especially at the end of the month.
