Layan propose un logiciel avec une ergonomie simple et intuitive. On y retrouve de nombreuses fonctionnalités que les autres logiciels ne proposent pas, notamment les fonctionnalités d'acquisition de candidats.

J'utilise Layan depuis plusieurs mois maintenant. Nous apprécions l'ergonomie, la simplicité d'utilisation et la puissance de la multidiffusion. En 2 clics, je mène toutes mes questions nécessaires à la gestion de mes recrutements ! Je recommande !

Cons

Depuis mon utilisation, je n'ai pas eu à observer des points faibles. Avec mon équipe, nous avons remonté des suggestions quant aux nouvelles fonctionnalités qui pouvaient être développées et nous avons constater que ces légers changements ont rapidement été pris en compte.

j'ai gagné du temps et des candidats, que demander de plus ?

Pros

La multi diffusion m'a permis d'avoir un nombre de candidat conséquent. La gestion des candidats est très simple et intuitive. j'ai gagné énormément de temps et les profils que j'ai recruté grâce à eux sont top !

Cons

Les statistiques encore un peu jeunes, il manque quelques informations que j'aurais voulu avoir.
