The interface is clean and modern, and it makes it easy to focus on publishing instead of piecing together multiple tools. Overall, I would definitely recommend Beehiiv to creators, coaches, and businesses that want to build a newsletter and turn it into a real business. Many classic problems of the WordPress architecture just go away when moving to a modern infrastructure. I have had excellent customer support when I need to clarify things, and they are very open to feedback on features I am looking for. You can't ask for much more than that. I love the boosts features. As a legacy publisher, these were new for me and took a bit to get used to. I use a limited amount of ads- this will get more robust over time. Pros For what I need, it is a great solution. I was coming off a WordPress, Thrivecart, Brevo combo platter. This is giving me all I need in one platform, which has been great. Yes, as an earlier stage company they are continuously rolling out new features. It will keep getting more and more robust over time, and the gains I have received so far more than make up for any features I am waiting for. Cons Email templates for newsletters would be nice just to make it easier to get started. I find some of the ad features a little confusing as I am still getting used to how these all work. We had to move off the platform as readers were no longer getting our emails. Their customer service was also quite poor, as they didn't respond when we reached out for help. It's fairly cost effective, especially for smaller subscription lists. I haven't found all the features available yet though, as it can be difficult and confusing to navigate the site. Pros Beehiiv is cost effective, especially when starting out with email marketing. It offers a lot of features and multiple ways of generating revenue. Cons Beehiiv is quite complicated to get the hang of, and you can't see your newsletter as you're making it; you have to format it and then preview to see what it looks like.
