Company wide visibility and setting common goals became motivating for all employees, it strenghtened the communication. I also believe that the product is an amazing opportunity, has great potential and may serve as a mean to form a feedback culture. System always encourages one to one meetings and providing and receiving feedback. Pros Twiser is a reliable tool that knows and designs what you may need. It’s structure can be understood and interpreted by everyone. “Everything must be as simple as it can be but not less.” motto summerizes the platform. As user friendly as Twiser is, it also has a proper flow which is another great advantage. Cons We can occasionally communicate our requests and systemic changes. If possible, updates and add-ons are constant hence I haven’t experienced anything negative thus far. Now that we have started applying Twiser, we realize there is a number of issues we have to solve. Anyway, my overall experience has been great. I believe that this tool would not only satisfy my companies needs but also our employees will benefit from it. The support team always spends as much time as we need to explain what we don’t understand or have difficulties trying to learn. Pros Twiser’s customer support is amazing! What we pay for the software is quite reasonable price, and the support is just beyond great. The tool itself is super helpful. I like that all my and my colleagues’ goals and progress are visible to everyone. It keeps us aligned. Cons I am not sure I can provide any cons at the moment, at least I haven’t encountered any flaws or gaps yet. Just maybe would be nice to have a richer functionality in the future.
