Our account manager has always been responsive, and we have had good response from customer support. Pros We use More4Apps for Projects and the Asset costs in Projects. It saves time, especially at the new FY when uploading a lot of new projects at once. Cons Not all the features are available for what we do... example Awards would take 4 uploads to enter 1 award for us. We were unable to get procurement to work for us. Issues with changing buyer and spaces in names. Also we do not get email when our model has a new release, and thus it's always a scramble to update OBTI files when we do find out there is a new release. Would be nice to know when a new release is available so we can schedule an update. There are few conerns around how licensing is designed that limits access to team. Pros More4apps cloud ERP has good flexibility,ability to streamline ERP tasks and workaround for traditional FBDI. Cons Licensing restrictions with team members having to wait, esp when team is globally placed. Also the need to update all modules when only one area is tested. Installation - especially when trying out the newer version where 2 toolkit versions are not compatible limiting team to either test the new version or work on PROD version. More4apps product Support is very good. My issues have always been able to be resolved in a timely manner. Pros I think the more4apps integrators are great value for money as the licences are not expensive. Being able to customise the integrator spreadsheets to align with our data entry requirements makes them much easier to use than the Oracle ADFDI sheets. More4apps Integrators also provide data validation with list of values which ADFDI does not. You can be assured with More4apps that your upload is going to be successful. More4apps User guides are easy to read and very detailed. They provide lots of tips and suggestions for improving spreadsheet templates. Cons The Project Integrator REST service not being able to respect User Security due to Oracle not building the security in the REST service. It allows the business user to manage and resolve and reduces IT or system admin for support. Pros The ERP cloud toolbox allows our Accounting team to quickly and efficiently process thousands of invoices, create mass Requisitions, and update our supplier master records with ease. This previously required numerous manual hours or costly development to layer automations with developer costs and maintenance. This has streamlined our processing times and throughput has improved 75%. Cons It was simple to enable but it does require following the specific setup requirements to ensure a seamless end user experience. With the help of the customer success team they made this process clean and simple for us. This makes Oracle accounting far easier. I think this is a critical tool now to have. Pros I like the excel integration with Oracle. It makes pulling information form Oracle easy. It's user friendly and with it being in excel I can easily pivot on the data for analysis. Cons What I like least is the time it takes when pulling large amounts of data. I wish I knew in advance how long it would take to pull the data. They are so much easier to use and work with that the Oracle FBDIs or ADFDIs.We are able to do mass Project updates in minutes/hours instead of days/weeks, and have been able to make changes to Projects to improve manual processes that we wouldn't have even considered doing without this product. This has freed up hundreds of hours of manual work in maintaining Oracle Projects. As an example we recently added 6 new Project Class Codes for reporting, and needed to populate them on 25,000 existing Projects and were able to do that in one day. Pros The ease of use and the ability to make mass changes to Project data very quickly.Support is quick to react to any issues and open to hearing suggestions or thoughts on future additions.Product is constantly evolving with new integrators and access to new fields being added all the time.Ability to use Excel functionality to easily create and update data that can then be loaded into Oracle.The ability to download information from Oracle has given us a better view into current configuration and allowed us to identify and then correct any anomalies.Ability to update information that is not available through Oracle FBDIs or ADFDIs, and in a much more user friendly way. Cons No real negative aspects to the current offering, just looking forward to more and more integrators being added to the modules, like the Suppliers that was just recently added and hoping to see one for Customers.
