## What is Alarm Control Center?

The Alarm Control Center (ACC) is a flexible alarm system for fast and reliable notification in the event of a fault. The alarm software of the owner-run IT system house Alarm IT Factory GmbH reliably transmits messages from control and visualization systems to smartphones, telephones, pagers and many other end devices. The messages are sent directly and fully automatically to the responsible person or group of people. If the recipient does not respond to a message within the specified time, it is immediately sent to additional recipients. The modularity of the Alarm Control Center allows it to be seamlessly integrated into the existing telecommunications infrastructure. The ACC supports all common media such as push messages, SMS transmission, e-mail, voice output to telephones, pager systems or even text output to cordless telephones.

Pros

I like the fact that we can introduce it to our clients who have several users with in the company so that if the initial user does not respond the alert is sent out to other recipients

It’s great their are no cons at all to the software
