The Alarm Control Center (ACC) is a flexible alarm system for fast and reliable notification in the event of a fault. The alarm software of the owner-run IT system house Alarm IT Factory GmbH reliably transmits messages from control and visualization systems to smartphones, telephones, pagers and many other end devices. The messages are sent directly and fully automatically to the responsible person or group of people. If the recipient does not respond to a message within the specified time, it is immediately sent to additional recipients. The modularity of the Alarm Control Center allows it to be seamlessly integrated into the existing telecommunications infrastructure.
