I love the layout, the block type setup for templates, and the ease of viewing. The tracking part of the system is great.
Courtney has been amazing with our onboarding, could recommend her enough.
Staff have been extremely helpful with our sign-up and onboarding. The agents love how quick and easy a price update is.
The product is easy to use, and is visually exciting. Sellers love it, and we love using it.
Cons
Feeds from Pricefinder - seems to miss a lot of relevant listings - both with past sales and current listings.
Sometimes fail to integrate with other propducts.
Can be glitchy and frustrating at times with the pricefinder integration. Does not find all comparable properties easily.
That the older generation is a little confused on the technology.

Pros: The product looks professional, reads well and easy to update and change. Love the alert feature when vendors open the link. Highly recommend Realtair and use it daily.
Cons: Maybe the front cover photo needs updating, but they maybe from my end.

Overall: I enjoy using Reatair and find it very quick and easy to use. It's also great to look back and have your appraisals all in one place to view.
Pros: It's great to be able to sign authorities and contracts via Realtair, as most of our vendors do not live locally (holiday homes) or are busy.Also like how quickly you can prepare a professional looking CMA.
Cons: Feeds from Pricefinder - seems to miss a lot of relevant listings - both with past sales and current listings. Feedback from admin staff is it's hard to get support, and once set up it's challenging to update templates so after sales support is a weakness.We want landsize on our appraisals for the property we are appraising and have been waiting a number of months.

"One Platform "
Overall: Very easy to use - and a seamless process
Pros: One platform for all documentation from a price update all the way to exchanging unconditionally on one platform. From a compliance point of view, its a paperless trail that if you are ever audited everything is in one spot and date stamped.
Cons: The initial set up as out templates kept on changing, our inhouse team had to create all templates a few times.
