Pros: The fundraising feature is easy for both user and admin, we have all our members details in one handy place, the in-app messaging has helped engage and grow our membership.
Cons: No complaints, it is simple to use and new features are regularly integrated.

Overall: The lads in Club Spot have been great. Very responsive to any queries we have had.
Pros: Very easy to use. The customer support and training was very helpful to get up to speed on how to use the backend of the software. We have found Club Spot very helpful for our lotto and other fundraisers.
Cons: I found it difficult to get up to speed with the software but I believe this is due to my own lack of experience. The lads in Club Spot were really helpful to help me understand how to use their software.
