Messaging section does not allow to return to the previous list of messages for the same team on Android devices

We haven't looked back since joining them, bringing our club in to the digital age has been a massive positive during Covid and ClubSpot helped us beyond our expectations.

Pros

The fundraising feature is easy for both user and admin, we have all our members details in one handy place, the in-app messaging has helped engage and grow our membership.

Cons

No complaints, it is simple to use and new features are regularly integrated.

The lads in Club Spot have been great. Very responsive to any queries we have had.

Pros

Very easy to use. The customer support and training was very helpful to get up to speed on how to use the backend of the software. We have found Club Spot very helpful for our lotto and other fundraisers.

Cons

I found it difficult to get up to speed with the software but I believe this is due to my own lack of experience. The lads in Club Spot were really helpful to help me understand how to use their software.

Great team of helpful staff too, really great workin with them and I’m glad we chose them

Pros

\- easy to use for older members of the club - quick ramp up time for our user base - no integration was required - payments were easy for members which helped us

Cons

We don’t have any specific problems right now for our club

the overall experience has been massively beneficial for the club and has cut the time of admin and messaging in half.

Pros

the app is very easy to use and user friendly for are older members within the club. it allows the club to notify all members and the community on a weekly bases off all the events with ease.

We like how it halved the amount of admin work needed. Greater visibility on how the club's revenue is being managed.

Cons

We have no cons to post about at the moment. Clubspot is doing everything we looked for and more.

Pros

Very easy to view all news and events relating to clubs and the app is an excellent tool for keeping track of upcoming matches. The app is very easy to navigate as it is laid out extremely well and I really like the high level of customisation it allows for your club.

Cons

No issues with software. It is easy to use.
