Von der Planung bist zur Umsetzung wurden und werden wir stets zuvorkommend betreut. Viele Themen und Probleme sind erst während des Projektes aufgetaucht und konnten trotzdem immer zufriedenstellend gelöst werden. Wir werden nie alleine gelassen und man merkt, dass unsere Themen und Probleme ernst genommen werden und Prio A haben.

Pros

Die Flexibilität unserer Schnittstelle. Es ist grundsätzlich möglich alles anzupassen. Unser Ansprechpartner Herr Joest ist fast immer sofort damit beschäftigt die Lösung direkt umzusetzen oder weiß sofort wer bei L-Mobile in dieser Angelegenheit am Besten weiterhelfen kann.

Cons

Die Menüführung ist nicht immer intuitiv und die dauerhafte Fixierung des Menübaumes ist immer wieder weg nachdem man einen Auftrag oder ähnliches aufgerufen hat. Das sind aber alles Kleinigkeiten. Irgendwas muss man hier ja auch reinschreiben. :-)

\-Durchgängiger Serviceprozess dank nahtloser Anbindung an unser ERP-System IFOR COM -Effizientere Disposition dank guter Übersicht in der digitalen Plantafel -Bessere Qualität der Dokumentation, z.B. durch Checklisten & Fotos -Kompetente Ansprechpartner im Projekt und im laufenden Betrieb

Cons

Die Umstellung war für einige Kollegen im Feld anfangs eine Herausforderung, aber mit Hilfe von Schulungen haben sich alle schnell daran gewöhnt.
