In fact when we felt we needed longer with the trial before moving forward we was accommodated for. Pros I feel the software has a large selection of certificates available. and the team that work with the software and customers are happy to help wherever they can. Cons We as a company felt we do not complete enough certificates to justify the cost to our business. That is not to say it is expensive. Perhaps the software is designed for a slightly larger company. I find the ease of finalising and issuing certs compared to older versions a great improvement. Back ups and software stability have never been an issue. Screen layout and contrasts make the system comfortable and sensible to use. Pros Technical support are among the most helpful and accessible I have known over the years. Software is comfortable to navigate and use, even for prolonged periods. Regular updates and improvements show that development is constant. Cons I feel that the verification function is still poor, although this function is relatively new and I have not explored fully how to set this up for our use. Again with future updates I expect this function will soon meet my expectations. They have understood pur needs, worked at our pace in introduction of new devices and solutions that work for us, and that is appreciated and mutual respect shown to both our industries and how busy both sides were respectively. We were advised and not forced. Pros Certificate software is essential for our organisation. The recent (past the years) have seen Click's NICEIC fight-off other options with improvements and adapting to tablets and working WITH my team. Cons Ordering certs via NICEIC directly, and importing/ downloading, but again thst has improved in last year or so. It would be handy to be able to transfer results to the correct cert without having to start from scratch - picky, I know.
