The team at MainEvent are incredible and the Network Ninja system is top tier. Would highly highly recommend this program to anyone in the events space who needs to manage multiple calendars and requests.

Pros

MainEvent is an incredible streamlined platform that helps efficiently manage all of our 10K+ request and 1,200 executed events across various teams and users.

Cons

Nothing major - we truly love the site and benefit greatly from it. If anything, it would be awesome if we could have a map view that shows various routes by team and be able to visually see how events are mapping from week to week.

Pros

We have been with MainEvent for quite a long time and from the very beginning we received amazing customer service. I can actually talk to live customer service agents instead of dealing with the frustration of AI managed chats. The platform offers amazing value for the money and has an extraordinary ease of use. We are currently working to enhance the number of offerings they provide into our system and are very excited about our future partnership with MainEvent!

Cons

I really can't think of any cons to mention at this point. Anytime we have had an issue, their support team has resolved it immediately.

Overall, it works very well and I am able to get the data I need and keep track of everything very easily which I appreciate a lot

Pros

I enjoy the event management side of MainEvent and how I can easily find my events, my staff, and go through payroll/photos easily to recap my event.

Cons

I think there are definitely bugs and issues when it comes to sideways photos and not being able to book staff in working more than one event a day without getting an error, it can be a bit frustrating to go back and fix things.

Working in experiential, deadlines shift quickly and changes require fast attention. I appreciate the MainEvent team working closely with us through any initial glitches, offering real time support as needed and our scheduled weekly check in's, especially during our launch. I recommend this platform to my colleagues for their upcoming projects for the value, ease of use and effective reporting.

Pros

MainEvent has been integral in our client data reporting with providing user friendly solutions, advancing technology and a trusted team. I appreciate their ongoing support throughout our partnership and the multitude of ways in how we can customize our dashboard and pull specific reporting.

Cons

Communication between team members during the launch of our product. We did have to re-explain all efforts each time we had a new contact. When I communicated this to our main POC, these issues were quickly addressed.

Pros

MainEvent has provided us with a one-stop shop for high-level, customizable event tracking and data measurement for over 10 years.

Cons

The only area I'd suggest for improvement is the modernization of their calendar and graphical displays. While functional, the visuals could be more polished and contemporary to better match the high standard of the overall platform and service.

It's been a pleasure to work with MainEvent. \[sensitive content hidden\] have been so helpful, friendly, and collaborative through the whole process. Our program always feel like a priority and never an afterthought. The site itself has been integral for our team to track events, details, tour metrics, and store historical data which is so important in our industry where accounts teams change every few years.

Pros

It's very user friendly for the Admin user once you learn the site. There are so many features and it's so customizable. I love that we have the ability to reset user passwords, create accounts, assign tours, etc.

Cons

Our users struggle to understand how to use the site despite step-by-step training sessions and cheat-sheets from our team.
