Pros: Vast capabilities and generally ease of use. We have a great tech team referred to as, Team5. We are assigned Team5 and work with them whenever we have issues with the software, technical info needed or general questions where to find a report, etc. Team5 have excellent follow through and communication with us. Sometimes issues have to sent to programming and they are vigilant to get back with us along the way till resolution. They are friendly and helpful.

Cons: Since the software has a vast ability, we aren't always up to speed on what would help us the most. I just came across an issue and part of the correction was to run a report monthly. We could have saved quite a bit of money if we would have been aware to process this report monthly for a few years now. I am disappointed that we thought the one step we were processing was all we needed to do, but that was not the case. That step does not communicate the final result and a report still needs to be done to handle the final communication piece. Again, that final step caused us to be over charged for a few years. They are working on a solution so when that one step is processed it is final, but not there yet and that does not help the past overcharges to us. We have been with ServSuite for over 13 years.

Pros: the software has come a long way over the last few years. we are new to using a lockbox and this feature has really streamlined our a/r. we are also getting ready to implement tablets for production and sales

Cons: the redundancies in the mouse clicks, for example: to print, we have click 3-4 times before something will actually print, to change job instructions you have to erase all the boxes one at a time, change the primary note and then apply to all future services and click one at a time to change current services (there should be one button to apply notes to all services), there are more examples but I have only listed 2. I wish financial holds were automatic based on criteria you would set up, instead of pulling a list and putting accounts on hold, the software should automatically do it.

Overall: We have really challenged ServSuite to build/code new changes to be more tailored to our needs. Everyone we have worked with has really gone above and beyond in their efforts and we look forward to the final product. My reps have been very responsive to our needs. Thank you.

Pros: The customer service response time.

Cons: Missing basic reports, difficulty viewing important information, difficulty entering items that should be straightforward, difficulty searching for service sites.

Overall: I feel as though ServSuite thought "dang, we need to get on this web-based bandwagon" and threw together a system before really testing it for functionality. I mean, why have a report titled "Mailing Labels" that when it prints, has a header that prevents the actual labels from printing correctly?

There are bits here and there that make zero sense (searching for a service address is infinitely more difficult than it should be), and some of the functions are so difficult to perform, we don't even use them. Even with the support team's assistance, we still had issues entering a payment plan and the end result was so confusing, it would have been easier to keep track of the plan on a piece of notebook paper.

We are a small company and don't need all of the features that the program offers. It would be ideal if we could set our own required parameters when entering information, and not what ServSuite thinks is important.

Recommendations to other buyers: Actually listen to our feedback and act instead of feigning interest in our concerns.

Comments: Servsuite is excellent software in my opinion. They are constantly updating the capabilities to keep up with the available technology. They provide a full range of services, On-demand training opportunities, and a well-trained support staff. They have responded quickly to the issues we have had, provided follow-up for the progress of the solution, and completed the fix in the time required to keep our company running smoothly. I especially like that our company is assigned a team of support personnel, so there is always somebody available who understands our particular business, jump on a Turbo Meeting and help me solve any question I may have. When I have offered constructive feedback they have responded quickly and made the changes as necessary. Each Year they offer a Training Conference called ServSuite University in a popular city and bring with them the best that they have to offer. It's a great opportunity to have all their specialists in one place. As well as put faces to the names.

Pros: Extensive features.

Cons: Service tickets tend to disappear when sent to programming. I am sure it is because some requests are features they are planning to release in later versions but, that is a hopeful guess on my part. It would be nice to get feedback on what is going on.

Overall: We were looking for a unified software platform to run our pest company. We were using multiple software programs for scheduling, accounting and two programs to run our general pest and termite business. We were able to eliminate most of those programs with ServSuite. Additionally, we added a mobile capability for our techs to eliminate some processing tasks.

The software platform is robust, has many features more than we currently, but plan to learn how to use it to its full.

Recommendations to other buyers: There is a learning curve to get staff work with software since it's so features rich. Eventually, they really like that there is always multiple ways to complete a task.

Pros: Pretty easy to set up new customers and manage them from their customer account page

Cons: Sometimes with convenience billing, the amount charged is not applied to the invoices. Techs experience glitches sometimes when leads are rescheduled. Too many reporting options might be better to just be able to choose the fields you want a report about.

Overall: ServSuite is definitely an established company that values their customers. We decided a while ago we wanted the best customer service software no matter how much it costs because it is extremely important to our business. ServSuite definitely has a lot to offer and keeps our office and tech operations running as smoothly as possible. There are occasional glitches, but overall the benefits of using the software outweigh any downsides. The support team is very helpful and professional. I just wish with my plan I didn't have to pay for customer support. There are so many functions on the software, we believe we are not taking full advantage of everything it can do. We plan to attend ServSuite University to make sure we know everything we want to know.

Pros: The extensive training and expertise with setting up the different areas of the program correctly. I know from past experience, that learning how to adapt the software to meet your business' individual needs is critical, and with such an extensive list of set up options, the training is invaluable. The field technicians and sales managers also love how easy the mobile app is to learn and use.

Cons: I have chosen to use the line item proposal with required questionnaire responses, but this has lead to an error that I reported a few weeks ago and it is still happening every time. Also, the error when editing the account information hasn't been resolved either and that was reported over a month ago. I know it takes time to resolve issues, but I feel that the program should work as promised and bug fixes should be TOP priority since it is not a customer created issue. The report portion is very limited in the fields to be chosen and the filters available, I would definitely like a more flexible reporting module.

Overall: I really, really do like ServSuite and am glad our company has made the change. We are getting a good oversight of our employee's daily schedules and completed activities throughout all of management and not just an immediate supervisor. It is beginning to pay off and I am confident that we will see a good return on our investment.

Pros: IT team is easy to reach and can usually talk with the same couple of people within a team. Software does what we need and keeps compliance.

Cons: We need help utilizing the software. Scheduling, invoicing, seasonal reminders, etc. We are using this as a very basic means and it appears there are more functions that we are just not aware of how to use. Training online is a drawn out and is a quiz template which takes forever to pinpoint what you are wanting to learn.

Overall: It creates invoices, takes signatures, and shows products used.

I have been stuck with this program because it was being used by my company when I started here.

Pros: That I can kinda fix stuff myself because if I were to wait for you guys to, I would never get anything done.

Cons: That you guys insist on doing updates that destroy the current program and cause all sorts of issues that no one seems to know how to fix. I can call and you will open a ticket but no one seems to fix it generally. I normally end up having to fix the issue myself.

Overall: It is not user friendly and the updates are extremely annoying bc when you finally get used to something, you guys change it again. I can't wait to bail on this product!!

Pros: The software has a lot of potential and has a lot of features, but unfortunately all of the features do not always work as intended.

Cons: Let's face facts, it's a glorified database. But what good is a database if data disappears or you can't get out what you're putting into it. Big vision but lack of follow through and support. Severely disappointed in this software package.

Overall: OVERALL MY EX EXPERIENCES HAVE BEEN BEEN ABOUT A 7 OUT OF 10. THE REASON FOR THIS IS AN ERROR THAT COST THE COMPANY THOUSANDS OF $ OVER THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS. THE EXTRA CREDIT CARDS THAT ARE STORED AND THAT WE ARE BEING CHARGED FOR STORING ON THE VATIV SITE. WHEN POINT OF ACCESS DELETES A CARD THE CARD SHOULD THEN BE REQUESTED TO BE DELETED BY SERVSUITE TO VANTIV. THIS WAS NOT DONE AND WE WERE BEING CHARGED FOR YEARS.

Pros: It does allow you to run regular pest control and termite control on same program.

Cons: software changes all the time, without proper training.

Overall: We supply our customers with a printout of the Sentricon stations around their homes with a time stamp for each station so our customers can see when our techs are at the homes and the time stamp has been messed up for quite a while, I was told they are working on it with programming , still waiting. The new drawing area was changed without warning and training , so it creates a problem operating the system, when we have to figure out the program.

Pros: Has many options to choose from. Wide variety of reports. Easy to understand and easy to show new employee how to use. I really like the videos showing how to use the different aspects of the software.

Cons: At one time the calculations were off because the software rounded everything up when taxed now there is extra pennies due that are unable to be paid or credited. Have brought this to their attention still not fixed.

Overall: At the time of purchase we were not using an online software.

Pros: It's easy to use, easy to understand after you get used to it, it's very simple

Cons: It can be slow at times but usually doesn't last long. There are so many reports but in some situations, I can't find a report I need. One would think with the amount of reports that are offered there would be one to fit my needs

Overall: We have been using the software for a little over two years. I absolutely love it. There have been some challenges along the way but it has been a nice experience overall.

Comments: Our experience with ServSuite has been overall positive. Our biggest complaint is that we access the program through the internet and find that it can take excessive times to load certain things within the program. The system often seems bogged down and slow loading, especially so within the scheduler. Appointments are easily accidentally grabbed and moved to a different time/date. Typing notes within the scheduler can at times be very delayed. I only find these things to be an issue within the ServSuite program and not any other internet use.

Pros: Familiar with it, adding clients is simple, like the new feature of being able to add photos and documents to the server, but it needs to be expanded so that photo files are not restricted.

Cons: Setting up forms, adding inventory, trying to find various places within the system to add notes for statements, additional cost to have a payment portal.

Pros: Like the different modules that interface with each other and the mobile technology. I l like the people and th support they give

Cons: The fact that almost every week at least 3 things don't work that used to. Time spent on fixing.

Pros: Very user friendly. The update never seam to slow the system down and still allows you to work even if you don't do update immediately.

Cons: Have not found anything major at this time.

Overall: The software is great it works faster than my computer. It saves time on checking in the tech work and posting payments. Keeping the file notes is great.

Cons: reports are not up to par with other software examples can't get a unserviced list to show the balance due and other report functions your industry drop down doesn't even include Pest Control REALLY!!

Overall: Program slows down every day doesn't seem to be going away. Asked for an enhancement 6 months ago waiting acknowledged. Just so so feelings on this product this far.

Pros: The different kind of reports. Differente ways to search for customers. Easy to learn and can be use outside work place.

The attentiveness to your needs and willingness to help in such a caring way is very refreshing and appreciated. The program is Simply Amazing I cannot wait to you lies every single function. It's simply just Springs you to a pleat different level of operation with your business and removes so much wasted time and stress it is just simply amazing great job thank you to everyone. I strongly recommend this program to anyone in this industry if you do not have this program you're missing out and losing money.

Pros: This program does everything in a simply amazing in an absolute necessity for profit and loss scheduling and unlimited amount of data and detailed information that most business owners don't even think about. I was using another program the biggest positive is the customer service and support team are all top notch and always ready to go.

Cons: There I really no negative features when comparing to other programs if you want to run your company right this is the program.

Pros: It's made my stress level go down quite a bit. It allowed us to go paperless and not have to enter all of those invoices by hand.

Pros: The tracking and the intagration with other companies like DOW and A.R.M.

The fact that they have a mobile app is also nice.

Cons: A lot of glitches that are always having to be worked out on the next release update. The mobile app has a lot of glitches.

Overall: One of my favorite aspects of ServSuite, is the ample amount of of reports they offer. If you can't find one you need (which I doubt) you can create your own custom report. All of their reports can be exported to Word or Excel. I love it!

Comments: Any time I have ever had to call customer service for a technical problem for any program ever, I have never had to automatically be forced into a Turbo Meeting. Those are usually reserved for when you no longer have an answer. This is what ServicePro seems to be primarily made of. When there is an issue, even after they've forced you into a pointless Turbo Meeting, it takes TWO MONTHS for them to resolve whatever issue you had. Whether it be a programming issue THEY caused in the first place or an issue of another sort. I've been MOST dissatisfied with how they deal with their issues and the time in which is takes to resolve the issues. The program itself is acceptable overall, but you had better hope you don't have a problem with part of the program because it will never be resolved and they are the least helpful people I've ever dealt with.

Pros: The customer service aspect from the representatives is PHENOMENAL!!! Never have I contacted the customer service number and was unable to get my issue resolved within that same phone call.

Cons: The updates interfere with what already exists most of the time, which then interferes with accounts. Some of the bugs that instantly appear cannot always be fixed within a matter of minutes to hours so it can lead to frustration and low performance on the office's end.

Overall: It assists in my daily scheduling, payments, and collections for each client.

Pros: Can store a lot of information. Notifications, Posting & payments are easy.

Cons: The system can be slow at times. Do not like that you have Programs and then events, do not need both. Do not like that when a customer prepays is has to be to an event, not just to the customer profile.

Overall: I like the system. Was very time consuming to learn. At times very slow and has fewer shortcuts than our old system. Although there are things I do not like, there are many things I do like.

Comments: My company has been involved with ServSuite for over five years now, and they are continually improving their service. After introducing one new feature after another, they continue to add useful function and value for the amount you invest in participating with their program. Customer support is always quick and responsive, offering fast follow-up if an immediate answer to a need is not possible. Allowing users to make suggestions for additional features or changes in the way the system operates is a huge plus for my company. It leaves the impression that they truly are customizable to how each individual company uses their features. We wouldn't be able to be as efficient as we are without ServSuite! I am looking forward to my first ServSuite University coming up in February 2017.

Overall: When features go wrong, that actually interfere in my companies ability to function its a huge problem because, it takes too long for the people answering to send it to the programmer. They can usually NEVER fix the issue. Make you go through a series of wasted procedures that we have already tried before we call. (which is the last thing we want to do)Team changes are constant, I have a list of 20 people in 4 years that have been my contact person, with 20 telephone numbers. I still don't know what team I belong too.

Recommendations to other buyers: Get rid of all the middle people stop out sourcing to India and have better direct communication with programmer.

Comments: This program has been wonderful for our business. It is easy to follow, gives us all the information we need in any report format you could want and keeps us update to date on all our accounts. The customer service folks are wonderful. They have great daily training classes that take you step by step on how to use the program. If you have a problem, you just have to call and they will stay with you until your problem is solved. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using ServSuite.

Comments: We have used this software for around 5 years. When we first started using it, we were not so impressed. Lots of glitches. Through the years we have watched this software grow into something we now love. There are still a few hiccups, but the support is second to none. Any issues or problems, we can always count on the support team to address those issues or concerns. Upon resolution, the support team is great about sending a follow up email to let us know the outcome.
