Condensation sur une même page de toutes les informations concernant notre variable (challenges en cours, atteinte objectif...)

Eventuellement pourquoi ne pas préciser un peu plus comment sont fait les calculs des différentes lignes?

Pros

La clarté des pages lorsqu’on se connecte : tout est épuré et facile d’accès J’aime aussi trouver le détail de mes bonus avec des emojis ça va plus vite pour s’y retrouver Les relevés des mois précédents clivables en qqls secondes seulement L’application maintenant disponible encore plus pratique !

Cons

Globalement pas d’inconvénients relevés. Je peux peut-être juste noté un bug dans l’attribution de bonus, qui proviendrait du paramétrage en interne et non de Qobra

Pros

What I liked most about Qobra was its intuitive user interface and how seamlessly it integrated with our existing tools. The platform made it easy to track sales performance and commissions in real time, which not only increased transparency but also motivated the team. Additionally, the support from the Qobra team was always prompt and helpful, which made the onboarding and daily use very smooth.

Cons

While my overall experience with Qobra was positive, one area that could be improved is the level of customization for certain reports and dashboards. There were times when we needed more flexibility to tailor insights to our specific business needs. That said, I know the team is continuously working on updates, and their responsiveness to feedback was reassuring.

I work at Doctolib. It helps my manager and me sort things out and me organized. Ity very helpful for my work.

Pros

Qobra is super nice. Its a very good user experience. Makes life super easy. I love it so much. Cant imagine working without it.

Cons

I actually like everything about it . I cant find anything. The only thing could be the colour scheme.

Pros

The product itself solves a real pain point in sales compensation, and it was exciting to work in an environment that valued both technical excellence and collaboration.

Cons

While that brought excitement and learning opportunities, it sometimes made it challenging to maintain long-term focus

Pros

Je trouve que le logiciel est très user friendly. il propose des dashboards intéressants et avec une rapidité et une facilité agréable. Expérience bien meilleure que précédemment avec un simple Excel.

Cons

Il a pu être parfois un peu plus compliqué de pouvoir se connecter sur un téléphone. Mais peut-être n'était-ce que moi.

Expérience globalement positive. L’outil apporte une vraie visibilité sur mes performances commerciales et me permet de suivre mes objectifs et mes commissions en toute autonomie. C’est un outil simple à prendre en main, intuitif, et qui me fait gagner du temps au quotidien.

Pros

\- Suivi en temps réel de mes objectifs et commissions - Interface claire, facile à utiliser au quotidien - Accès direct aux détails de calcul des commissions (plus de transparence) - Gain de temps : plus besoin de demander ou de vérifier ailleurs

Cons

J’aimerais recevoir des alertes ou rappels automatiques quand je me rapproche d’un objectif (pour ne pas avoir à vérifier manuellement) J'aimerais avoir un calcul automatique de ce qu'il manque (en valeur) pour atteindre un objectif

Pros

What I like most about Qobra is the real-time visibility of my current and future variable pay. The Salesforce connection is also a major plus that makes tracking much easier.

Cons

I don't have any particular negative feedback. It's a complete and effective tool that perfectly supports me in managing my variable compensation.

Very very good experience. Since now 2 years enjoying to wok with Qobra as it is covering one of the most important thing for a sales guy: BONUSES

Pros

Visibility real time on your bonus. It helps you avoid and anticipate mistakes that can be made by operations team.

Cons

Sometimes at begining of quarter some email received from Qobra are useless. However I like the fact that qobra is present daily.
