I am very happy to use Qobra every day as my reporting tool for variable pay. I highly recommend it!

Pros

What I like most about Qobra is the real-time visibility of my current and future variable pay. The Salesforce connection is also a major plus that makes tracking much easier.

Cons

I don't have any particular negative feedback. It's a complete and effective tool that perfectly supports me in managing my variable compensation.

Brilliant, one of my favourite apps, full visibility has been very rewarding and motivating as the quarters go by.

Pros

Beneficial insights on the team's performance to make comparison easy to understand, and useful reports for personal targets hit, I really liked ticking the notification bar for Slack updates on changes to my commission and overall target.

Cons

I would prefer a mobile app on my phone to look at, I would also like rev opps and their updates to take effect on Qobra over alterations or changes before being sent to payroll.

Pros

Qobra propose a clear and intuitive UX. As a Sales, it's a good tool to track my targets in live and have a good visibility on my achievements.

Cons

The presentation of revenue targets is not super clear: some accounts are counted twice and I have to export it in XML to have a good visibility.

Pros

Easy to setup, easy to use and an absolute gamechanger when it comes to bonus transparency and rep happiness

Cons

It’s pricy, but worth every penny. You will feel the difference especially fast when you transitioning from excel

My overall experience with Qobra has been very positive. Qobra is a reliable and user-friendly tool that made managing commissions much easier. I found Qobra intuitive, efficient, and extremely helpful for tracking sales performance. Using Qobra has streamlined my workflow and improved transparency in commission tracking. Overall, Qobra exceeded my expectations and provided great value in daily sales operations.

Pros

\- Great overview and well-structured dashboard - All commission figures available at a glance - Simple, intuitive, and easy to use - Provides all the information a salesperson needs - Makes it easy to review sales results

Cons

No negative points to mention about Qobra. The design is a bit old fashion but its totally fine for me.

Overall, the experience is very positive. Prior to having Qobra, teams had no access or visibility on their variable salary until the paycheck came.

Pros

This finally provides a clear, easy-to-use tool for managers and ICs alike to be able to track their variable pay.

Cons

The messaging system can feel a bit clunky, but overall this is not a big deal. It's used mostly to communicate between Qobra admins and the teams to correct any miscalculations.

Pros

Visibility real time on your bonus. It helps you avoid and anticipate mistakes that can be made by operations team.

Cons

Sometimes at begining of quarter some email received from Qobra are useless. However I like the fact that qobra is present daily.

Qobra has simplified quota tracking for me. The synchronisation capability makes it such that we are able to see real time attainment.

Pros

The straightforward UX made it easy to learn and navigate. A small thing but goes unnoticed is how fast Qobra loads.

Cons

Transparency of FX rates. FX rates fluctuate and sales quota is not based on my local currency. It would be good to understand what is the FX rate to see if it was a fair conversion.

Pros

It’s super easy to use and helps a lot my team to have visibility on their targets and achievements. My favourite part is that I don’t have to be on top of everything every month!

Cons

I like everything, what would be amazing is to have also an app to be able to open discussions and validate statements through there ;)

I think the fact that it is not optimized for mobile view. It is not a big deal, but sometimes I want to check and I can't see it properly.

Pros

The best thing about Qobra is that my sales team now have independent visibility of their performance at any given time. It used to be that I have to keep sending them reports and I know the team lacked visibility into how they are doing/how they are earning. The fact that Qobra simplifies this is very nice as sales reps should feel in control of their performance at all times and shouldn't be guessing how they are doing. Our RevOps team helped introduce it to my team, so can't comment on ease of integration, but I think the whole organisation is loving it.

Cons

I would love to see more customization options to better tailor the platform to our unique sales processes.

Good. It has everything I need as a sales rep to understand how I get paid.

Pros

The clarity that provides you when checking your compensation. I also like the graph which compares all your results by month in the dashboard (I do monthly quota). It is very helpful to watch your results comparatevely at a glance.

Cons

I don't have any complaint at the moment, although I would make it possible for the sales rep to change the order of the menu items. I would put the discussions section on the last place.

I'm pretty satisfied, it is used in our company to review the sales comissions before sending them to payroll and it has worked successfully

Pros

it's really easy interface, great to understand what the sales comissions are for each sale made. Also cool that I receive the updates both on email and slack.

Cons

Not faced any issues yet, to be honest we are satisfied. The only thing I'd say is that they send you an update on your qobra every now and then, and when it's 0 I'd prefer not to receive it reminding me there are no changes yet XD

Pros

Pretty simple to use, easy access from all devices. I easily can see all the different part of the bonus and update the record.

Cons

The fact that the updates of the record requieres a lot of time, sometime even hours. That's the only downside.
