We use Arigamix to store and work with documents. Enormous time and cost savings due to the speed of managing the coordination of workflows. You also don't need to use as much paper as before. We also plan to automate the documents of the company's personnel department in order to make working with employees as convenient as possible..

Pros

Fast document search and opening in one click, which saves a lot of time. When creating and discussing documents, we actively use the system of discussions/forums in the system.

Cons

Not detected. At launch, I had to spend a little extra time transferring paper documents to the archive.
