Pros

The platform is very easy to use and the overall process feels simple and well-structured. It helps in managing leads efficiently and saves time in daily operations. The interface is clean, making it easy for new users to understand and navigate without much training.

Cons

While the platform works well, there is definitely scope for improvement in advanced features. More customization options, better reporting capabilities, and deeper analytics would make it more powerful and useful for performance tracking and decision-making.
