Pros

Seamless understanding the process of implementation. This ensures that all stakeholders understand objectives, timelines, responsibilities, resources, and expected outcomes. By maintaining effective communication, proper planning, and continuous monitoring, organizations can minimize challenges, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth execution.

Cons

What I liked least about Meritto was the frequent Two Factor Authentication (2FA) requirement and the OTP triggering process. Having to complete 2FA almost every week, even on trusted devices, can be time-consuming and disrupt workflow. Additionally, OTPs occasionally take longer than expected to arrive, causing delays when accessing the platform during critical tasks. While I understand that these features are important for maintaining security and protecting user data, a more flexible approach such as remembering trusted devices for longer periods or reducing unnecessary OTP prompts would improve the overall user experience and operational efficiency.

Meritto is definitely a very user-friendly and efficient CRM solution for Emir Overseas LLP, particularly in managing our student leads and streamlining follow-ups. Its simple interface comparing to other CRMs like lead square allow our counselors to easily integrate it to our day to day work-flow. The built-in analytics tools in the dashboard help us gain insights into lead conversions, enabling data-driven strategies to enhance our performance. The customization options cater to our unique operational needs, making it easy for a startup like Emir.

Cons

Despite its pros, Meritto does have some limitations. The mobile app could be more seamless, as occasional syncing issues happens. Additionally, integrating it with external platforms like once trying to integrate the API with Pur website was a bit challenging.

As a person who has worked with multiple CRMs including Leadsquared, Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, etc., I would rate it on par with most of the systems currently present. It is less-complex, easy to use, and easy to train new-joinees on. I would rate my overall experience with NPF as 9/10

The mobile application isn't as user-friendly. It might do better with a UI revamp. Accessing notifications or Dashboards on mobile is cumbersome most of the times.

The overall experience is good instead of one which i mentioned in previous question. we can also create a lead and put into a basket as per the lead stage. so, at the time of placing call it's easy to identify the hot/cold/rnr etc leads. Through the follow up list, it's easy to identity that whom i have to call and when, also we can check what we have talked in earlier conversations through follow up list. It is easy to identify the student through any of the following - email/mobile no/name. complete details of student are available on a single screen.

Pros

One of the best features is filter. There are N no. of filters available in it, as per our demand or convenience we can put a filter and also multiple filters at a time, this is the best feature. The follow up option makes easy to recall the previous conversation.

Cons

you have updated a new feature which is Event. When we change the lead stage and put a note, it will create an event of it, instead of creating a follow up (which was earlier feature). the event does not show in follow up due to which we are unable to identity that to whom we have to place a call today.

In my personal opinion Meritto is a game-changer for institutions looking to scale their admissions efforts and improve applicant engagement. I really loved the Comprehensive CRM, its Automation, Customizable Workflows, the much needed analytics and Insights, well built Integration Capabilities & User-Friendly Interface, List of possibilities is endless.
