It is easy to identify the student through any of the following - email/mobile no/name. complete details of student are available on a single screen. Pros One of the best features is filter. There are N no. of filters available in it, as per our demand or convenience we can put a filter and also multiple filters at a time, this is the best feature. The follow up option makes easy to recall the previous conversation. Cons you have updated a new feature which is Event. When we change the lead stage and put a note, it will create an event of it, instead of creating a follow up (which was earlier feature). the event does not show in follow up due to which we are unable to identity that to whom we have to place a call today.
