Meritto handles our Applications stage, upto issuing of Hall Tickets for our Entrance Exams, SNUCEE. Another Service Provider handles the conduction of SNUCEE and this required a great amount of collaboration in data transfer from Meritto portal to this Service Provider's system. We find that there is a huge room for improvement for handling this collaboration, so that the user (SNUC) has complete peace of mind. It would also be very helpful if Metritto can adopt a more "flexible" approach to back-end support for users who may not be as resource-rich as some other large customers. The support may come at an extra cost but the option must be available if the customer so desires. Meritto's current inflexible approach puts customers like SNUC at a disadvantage. However, our overall experience with Meritto team that connects with us (Mohan & Pavithra) is absolutely outstanding. They have always tried their best to extend urgent support to us whenever required, to alleviate the challenge that we have faced from time to time. Pros Extremely feature-rich platform.
