I recently retired my old PC and since I have a lifetime license I expected to be able to use my original registration number from 2013. Unfortunately, the application gave a license in use on 1 computer error during registration. Since I was retiring my old 2009 computer, I emailed support and requested assistance. less than 12 hours later, I received an email with my account updated to use my license on my new PC. This company knows what "Lifetime" means and they honor it as the users lifetime not the hardware lifetime. If you want great video editing software and support, AnyMP4 is the product to choose. Pros The AnyMP4 suite of video editing tools is fantastic and very intuitive to use. Importing video data from DVD, Blue Ray or iOS devices are fast and very high quality. AnyMP4 has tools to perform a multitude of tasks related to video capture and rescue. Cons The AnyMP4 toolset does have some limitations when the source media is compromised. A few menus are hidden in the preferences and must be explored to be used.
