June 9, 2023 5.0 If you grow you online business to new countries this administration will helps a lot. I just added another domain for another country and it is still managed in the same administration. Pros The platform's user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for both experienced administrators and newcomers to navigate and utilize its features. Additionally, the customer support provided by the company has been exceptional. They are responsive and helpful, ensuring that any issues or questions are addressed promptly. Cons I was not able to call with support by phone. But they are available via chat and emails, responding within an hour. They made a ticket so it was easy to follow up my request in time. Migration is a big deal for e-shop as platform change is always critical, but team made it clear and professional always communicating what is going to happen in advance Cons it is only a part of e-shop architecture, you need frontstore agency to develop the visual part of shop as well take care of SEO, marketing or any other activities.
