Gracias a su funcionamiento basado en la economía del comportamiento nuestro proceso de contratación se ha vuelto mucho más eficiente, objetivo y menos sesgado. Del mismo modo la herramienta me permite hacer un seguimiento más realista del "pulso" del equipo

Estoy muy satisfecho con la herramienta en general pero si tuviese que poner algo menos positivo sería que la interpretación de las métricas puede resultar un poco compleja

Realmente, Kodo People ha mejorado nuestra propuesta de valor como agencia de selección y complementa de forma perfecta nuestras entrevistas por competencias y experiencia en reclutamiento. Nos encanta poder incorporarlo en nuestras evaluaciones para que nuestros clientes tomen decisiones mejor informadas sobre la selección de talento.

Pros

Especialmente me gusta la facilidad de uso e interpretación o lectura de los resultados. El assessment se termina en 10-15 minutos, por lo que no es visto como algo negativo para el candidato (es incluso atractivo), y los datos se muestran de forma que cualquier persona puede sacar conclusiones aún en menos tiempo. El equipo explica perfectamente la práctica y la teoría, y siempre está disponible para cualquier duda o consulta.

Cons

Me gustaría que incorporara la posibilidad de descargar un pdf del informe.

Incrementa la calidad de las incorporaciones del equipo humano a la empresa, ahorra mucho tiempo y recursos de forma muy eficiente con un ajuste del perfil a la posición a desempeñar excepcional que garantiza menores rotaciones y mayor afinidad a la cultura de la empresa.

Su facilidad de uso y las prestaciones tan avanzadas. Se integra muy bien en el proceso de reclutamiento y selección de personas.

Cons

Me gustaría que me acompañara, la herramienta, más allá del onboarding en el desempeño de las personas seleccionadas, al menos, los tres primeros años.
