Overall, my experience has been quite okay. It handles the basic HR tasks well and helps keep things organized. With some improvements in speed and user experience, it would be much better.

Pros

I like that everything is in one place, which makes it convenient to apply for leave, check payslips, and track attendance without hassle.

Cons

Sometimes the system feels a bit slow, and certain sections are not very intuitive. It can take some time to find what you need.

Easy to use and access and will be very helpful escpecially for workers. It is so user-friendly. Smooth expericne so far.

Pros

experience with Info-Tech System has been excellent. The platform is very user-friendly and makes HR tasks like payroll, leave applications, and attendance tracking so much easier. Their support team is responsive and always willing to guide us whenever we need help. Overall, it has really improved our efficiency and saved us a lot of time. Highly recommended!

Cons

Some advanced features took a little time to get used to, but once we got familiar with them, everything ran smoothly. Customization options could be a bit more flexible, but the system still covers all the essential HR needs very well. Occasionally, the system depends on having a stable internet connection, but otherwise it works great.
