Pros Thankful for direct customer support so that I know where to get help and that it will always be addressed.It took awhile to familiarize with where the reports are but generally quite easy to self-navigate. Cons There are many tabs and drop down fields. It can be complicated to look for what you need.The Unearned Leave portion can still be abit confusing for some staff and I often need to explain to them how their leave balance is computed.
