It helped us save time spent on collection-related activities. Back-and-forth communication with the finance team to know customer status regarding payment has reduced a lot after using Growfin. I can make out quickly what needs to be focussed immediately for any transaction or any specific account. Cons A suggestion tab could be provided to give more insights on what to pick up urgently. With Growfin, accessing the details of your customers including statement of accounts is just one click away. Tracking and managing our team’s performance was never this, giving us complete visibility into the history of collection activities on customers for each collector. Pros Growfin is an incredible tool that has enabled our team to prioritize critical customers and accounts. It helps us avoid critical payment delays by being proactive. Also, we are able to achieve bigger account coverage in lesser time through automated and personalized follow-ups Cons There is nothing that comes to my mind currently. I then sent the company a message only to have someone respond 15 minutes later that they would be right with me. One of their main guys comes on the screen only to tell me a bunch of nonsense, how this demo call was really not a demo as it will take him 48 hours to create a demo. He was more concerned about how much my company makes annually than telling me about the software. He could not provide me with a demo or anything to show that this company was, in fact, real. To be honest, the whole experience, from the lack of security on the website, the unprofessional sales office, the list goes on and on of why I would not trust this outfit for any reason, let alone my financials! Pros The videos and images outlining the software Cons $2,500 Setup Fee, No Demo, $8500 Annual Fee Due Up Front, Then Charged based upon Annual Revenue.
