I have not needed to leverage SharpArchive for an audit yet, but setting everything up and reviewing feeds has been easy. Pros The team is responsive to needs and the value for the product is very strong. I ultimately went with SharpArchive because I wanted something that worked, fulfilled my compliance obligations, but I didn't have to pay for a bunch of bells and whistles I didn't need. Cons Can be more limited feature wise than other providers, so you need to check your specific needs. I believe they still don't have LinkedIn DMs, for example, which can be relevant for some advisors. Pros The fact that you guys archive TikTok - this has been extremely helpful for us. The majority of our firm's marketing has been through TikTok and finding a solution to archive it was stressful. You guys have exceeded this. Cons I think the UI could be updated. It feels a little outdated and clunky to use. That said this is such a minor issue I wouldn't even think to bring it up. Competitive cost has also been a great benefit to utilizing Sharp Archive. Great tool for compliance!
